Our earth, the planets, our solar system, our galaxy and indeed all deep space stellar objects move and are held in perfect, geosynchronous orbit about a central, unifying energy source...
Science can't explain it, some won't admit it and still others refuse the idea of synchronicity in both time and space but the Bible asserts with scrupulous authority that it does indeed exist with an energy force beyond comprehension at its core!
Paul bore this out in Colossians in 1:16-17, "For by him (Jesus) were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him (Jesus), and for him (Jesus): And he (Jesus) is before all things, and by him (Jesus) all things consist (or, are held together)." He (Jesus) is Alpha and Omega (beginning and end) and everything in between. He is the Almighty...Why?
This term for God, the Father, tells us that His Son Jesus is supreme in power. The same Jesus who meekly walked the earth, lived a sinless life, taught the timeless principles to live our lives by, died a horrible death for each of us, laid in a borrowed tomb, was resurrected three days later, and ascended back to heaven... was the Almighty!
This same Jesus spoke the earth into existence out of the cosmic darkness and placed whirling galaxies into the universe! This same Jesus spoke and formed man from the clay of the earth, breathed life into a lifeless form and man became a living soul! He spoke words of awesome, unlimited, unleashed power! Is it any wonder He‘s called the Almighty!?!?
Even tonight in the comfort of your own home, may the same Jesus who holds all things together in time, space and beyond, keep you safe, secure and in perfect peace as you rest in the power of His mighty name!
